Big and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. English-speaking staff at Lobby. Great breakfast buffet with whole wheat bread. Nice view of river. Boardwalk for walks across the street. Great value for the price.

Spent new year's at a luxurious hotel with spacious rooms and stunning river views. Conveniently located near historical sites and tourist spots. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with a mix of local and international cuisine, as well as a delectable dinner at the hotel restaurant.
Poorly maintained facilities with dusty and smelly areas. Inconsistent service from staff with limited English proficiency.

The hotel is conveniently located near the riverside, offering easy access to a river cruise. Guests can reach the hotel from the train station via a comfortable taxi ride. The only minor issue we experienced was a slight smell coming from the room’s toilet. However, this was quickly resolved once we reported it to the attentive staff, who were quick to take care of it.
